- oats 30 g / 1/3 cup
- butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- cinnamon 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp
STEPS
- Microwave the diced apple with cinnamon for 90 seconds.
- Rub oats, butter and honey together, sprinkle on top.
- Microwave 60 more seconds. Spoon of Greek yogurt on top if you have it.
