- burger buns 2 / 2
- oats, blended fine 40 g / 1/2 cup
- egg 1 / 1
- paprika + garlic powder 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- Greek yogurt + hot sauce 2 tbsp + 1 tsp / 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
- lettuce + pickles to build / to build
STEPS
- Butterfly the chicken, dip in egg, press into spiced oat crumbs.
- Pan-fry 4 minutes per side until deep golden.
- Spicy yogurt on the buns, stack with lettuce and pickles.
