INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 500 g / 1.1 lb
  • oats, blended fine 60 g / 2/3 cup
  • eggs 1 / 1
  • paprika + garlic powder 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • Greek yogurt + hot sauce 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp / 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Cube the chicken, dip in egg, roll in spiced oat crumbs.
  2. Spread on a tray, bake 18 minutes at 220°C / 425°F, flip once.
  3. Spicy yogurt dip in the middle of the table.
