- chicken breast 500 g / 1.1 lb
- oats, blended fine 60 g / 2/3 cup
- eggs 1 / 1
- paprika + garlic powder 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- Greek yogurt + hot sauce 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp / 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Cube the chicken, dip in egg, roll in spiced oat crumbs.
- Spread on a tray, bake 18 minutes at 220°C / 425°F, flip once.
- Spicy yogurt dip in the middle of the table.
