- steak 400 g / 14 oz
- chicken wings 500 g / 1.1 lb
- paprika + garlic powder + cumin 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- Greek yogurt + garlic 200 g + 2 cloves / 3/4 cup + 2 cloves
- bread or tortillas to serve / to serve
STEPS
- Rub everything with the spice mix.
- Wings first (they take longest), then steak, then chicken.
- Rest the meat 5 minutes, slice, pile on one board.
- Garlic yogurt in the middle. Stand back.
