INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 400 g / 14 oz
  • steak 400 g / 14 oz
  • chicken wings 500 g / 1.1 lb
  • paprika + garlic powder + cumin 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • Greek yogurt + garlic 200 g + 2 cloves / 3/4 cup + 2 cloves
  • bread or tortillas to serve / to serve

STEPS

  1. Rub everything with the spice mix.
  2. Wings first (they take longest), then steak, then chicken.
  3. Rest the meat 5 minutes, slice, pile on one board.
  4. Garlic yogurt in the middle. Stand back.
