INGREDIENTS

  • potatoes, medium 4 / 4
  • ground turkey 300 g / 10 oz
  • cheese, grated 80 g / 3/4 cup
  • paprika 1 tsp / 1 tsp
  • Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
  • chives or green onion 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Microwave the potatoes 10 minutes, halve, scoop out most of the middle.
  2. Brush with oil, crisp in the oven 10 minutes at 220°C / 425°F.
  3. Fill with spiced browned turkey and cheese, back in until molten.
  4. Yogurt and chives on top.
