INGREDIENTS
- potatoes, medium 4 / 4
- ground turkey 300 g / 10 oz
- cheese, grated 80 g / 3/4 cup
- paprika 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- chives or green onion 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Microwave the potatoes 10 minutes, halve, scoop out most of the middle.
- Brush with oil, crisp in the oven 10 minutes at 220°C / 425°F.
- Fill with spiced browned turkey and cheese, back in until molten.
- Yogurt and chives on top.
