- canned tomatoes, drained 100 g / 1/2 cup
- cheese, grated 60 g / 1/2 cup
- turkey slices or leftover chicken 80 g / 3 oz
- oregano 1 tsp / 1 tsp
STEPS
- Oven to max. Tortillas on a tray.
- Thin layer of crushed tomatoes, salt, oregano.
- Cheese and turkey on top. Bake 6 to 8 minutes until the edges char.
