  • canned tomatoes, drained 100 g / 1/2 cup
  • cheese, grated 60 g / 1/2 cup
  • turkey slices or leftover chicken 80 g / 3 oz
  • oregano 1 tsp / 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. Oven to max. Tortillas on a tray.
  2. Thin layer of crushed tomatoes, salt, oregano.
  3. Cheese and turkey on top. Bake 6 to 8 minutes until the edges char.
