INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 700 g / 1.5 lb
  • bell peppers 2 / 2
  • paprika + cumin + oregano 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • Greek yogurt 200 g / 3/4 cup
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
  • olive oil 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Cube chicken and peppers, toss with oil, spices and salt. Skewer.
  2. Grill or pan, 12 minutes, turning.
  3. Stir crushed garlic and salt into the yogurt.
  4. Serve on the board, dip in the middle.
