INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 700 g / 1.5 lb
- bell peppers 2 / 2
- paprika + cumin + oregano 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- Greek yogurt 200 g / 3/4 cup
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- olive oil 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Cube chicken and peppers, toss with oil, spices and salt. Skewer.
- Grill or pan, 12 minutes, turning.
- Stir crushed garlic and salt into the yogurt.
- Serve on the board, dip in the middle.
