INGREDIENTS
- steaks 2 x 250 g / 2 x 9 oz
- potatoes 600 g / 1.3 lb
- butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- frozen green beans 250 g / 2 cups
- olive oil 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Wedge the potatoes, oil and salt, bake 25 minutes at 220°C / 425°F.
- Steaks out of the fridge 20 minutes early. Salt hard.
- Scorching pan: 2 to 3 minutes per side, then butter and garlic in, spoon it over.
- Rest the steaks 5 minutes while the beans steam.
