INGREDIENTS
- tortilla chips 150 g / 5 oz
- ground turkey 400 g / 14 oz
- canned black beans 1 can / 1 can
- cheese, grated 100 g / 1 cup
- chili powder + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- tomato, diced 1 / 1
STEPS
- Brown the turkey with the spices, stir in the beans.
- Chips on a tray, turkey mix and cheese over them.
- Oven 5 minutes until melted. Yogurt and diced tomato on top.
