- chicken wings 1 kg / 2.2 lb
- honey 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- hot sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- garlic powder + paprika 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
STEPS
- Dry the wings, toss with salt and the powders.
- Bake 35 minutes at 220°C / 425°F, flipping once.
- Melt butter, honey and hot sauce; toss the wings through it.
