INGREDIENTS

  • chicken wings 1 kg / 2.2 lb
  • honey 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • hot sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • garlic powder + paprika 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each

STEPS

  1. Dry the wings, toss with salt and the powders.
  2. Bake 35 minutes at 220°C / 425°F, flipping once.
  3. Melt butter, honey and hot sauce; toss the wings through it.
