- eggs 4 / 4
- potatoes, diced 400 g / 14 oz
- turkey slices 100 g / 3.5 oz
- cherry tomatoes 150 g / 1 cup
- bread 2 slices / 2 slices
- olive oil 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Microwave diced potatoes 6 minutes, then crisp in oil with salt and paprika.
- Blister the tomatoes in the same pan, crisp the turkey.
- Fry the eggs. Toast the bread.
- Build two big plates. Take the photo, then eat.
