INGREDIENTS

  • eggs 4 / 4
  • potatoes, diced 400 g / 14 oz
  • turkey slices 100 g / 3.5 oz
  • cherry tomatoes 150 g / 1 cup
  • bread 2 slices / 2 slices
  • olive oil 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Microwave diced potatoes 6 minutes, then crisp in oil with salt and paprika.
  2. Blister the tomatoes in the same pan, crisp the turkey.
  3. Fry the eggs. Toast the bread.
  4. Build two big plates. Take the photo, then eat.
