INGREDIENTS

  • potatoes 700 g / 1.5 lb
  • ground beef (5% fat) 300 g / 10 oz
  • cheese, grated 80 g / 3/4 cup
  • chili powder + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
  • hot sauce to taste / to taste
  • olive oil 1.5 tbsp / 1.5 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Cut potatoes into fries, toss in oil and salt, bake 25 minutes at 220°C / 425°F.
  2. Brown the beef with the spices.
  3. Fries on a tray: beef, cheese, back in the oven 3 minutes.
  4. Yogurt and hot sauce over the top. Two forks, one tray.
