INGREDIENTS
- potatoes 700 g / 1.5 lb
- ground beef (5% fat) 300 g / 10 oz
- cheese, grated 80 g / 3/4 cup
- chili powder + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- hot sauce to taste / to taste
- olive oil 1.5 tbsp / 1.5 tbsp
STEPS
- Cut potatoes into fries, toss in oil and salt, bake 25 minutes at 220°C / 425°F.
- Brown the beef with the spices.
- Fries on a tray: beef, cheese, back in the oven 3 minutes.
- Yogurt and hot sauce over the top. Two forks, one tray.
