INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 800 g / 1.75 lb
  • bell peppers 3 / 3
  • onions 2 / 2
  • tortillas 8 / 8
  • paprika + cumin + chili 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • Greek yogurt 200 g / 3/4 cup
  • cheese, grated 100 g / 1 cup

STEPS

  1. Fry seasoned chicken strips in batches, keep them hot.
  2. Fry peppers and onions in the same pan.
  3. Warm the tortillas. Put everything in the middle of the table.
  4. Yogurt is the sour cream. Let everyone build their own.
