INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 800 g / 1.75 lb
- bell peppers 3 / 3
- onions 2 / 2
- tortillas 8 / 8
- paprika + cumin + chili 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- Greek yogurt 200 g / 3/4 cup
- cheese, grated 100 g / 1 cup
STEPS
- Fry seasoned chicken strips in batches, keep them hot.
- Fry peppers and onions in the same pan.
- Warm the tortillas. Put everything in the middle of the table.
- Yogurt is the sour cream. Let everyone build their own.
