INGREDIENTS

  • ground beef (5% fat) 400 g / 14 oz
  • burger buns 2 / 2
  • cheese 2 slices / 2 slices
  • onion, thin sliced 1/2 / 1/2
  • pickles a few / a few
  • ketchup + mustard + mayo 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each

5% beef keeps each burger ~150 kcal lighter than takeout.

STEPS

  1. Roll 4 loose balls of beef, salt them.
  2. Ripping hot pan: smash each ball flat, 2 minutes, flip, cheese on.
  3. Stack two patties per bun with onion, pickles and the sauce mix.
