- beef strips or thin steak 400 g / 14 oz
- sub rolls 2 / 2
- onions 2 / 2
- bell pepper 1 / 1
- cheese 4 slices / 4 slices
STEPS
- Fry onions and pepper soft and sweet, set aside.
- Sear the beef strips hot and fast, salt hard.
- Mix it back, cheese on top, lid until it melts. Load the rolls.
