  • sub rolls 2 / 2
  • onions 2 / 2
  • bell pepper 1 / 1
  • cheese 4 slices / 4 slices

STEPS

  1. Fry onions and pepper soft and sweet, set aside.
  2. Sear the beef strips hot and fast, salt hard.
  3. Mix it back, cheese on top, lid until it melts. Load the rolls.
