- frozen spinach 100 g / 2/3 cup
- bread 2 slices / 2 slices
- garlic 1 clove / 1 clove
- olive oil 1 tsp / 1 tsp
STEPS
- Warm the spinach with garlic and oil until dry.
- Push aside, fry the eggs in the same pan.
- Toast, spinach, eggs on top. Salt and pepper hard.
