  • eggs 3 / 3
  • frozen spinach 100 g / 2/3 cup
  • bread 2 slices / 2 slices
  • garlic 1 clove / 1 clove
  • olive oil 1 tsp / 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. Warm the spinach with garlic and oil until dry.
  2. Push aside, fry the eggs in the same pan.
  3. Toast, spinach, eggs on top. Salt and pepper hard.
