INGREDIENTS

  • bread, thick slices 2 / 2
  • eggs 2 / 2
  • milk 50 ml / 1/4 cup
  • cinnamon 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp
  • honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
  • butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp

Greek yogurt on the side adds 10 g protein.

STEPS

  1. Whisk eggs, milk and cinnamon in a flat dish.
  2. Soak the bread 30 seconds per side.
  3. Fry in butter until golden, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  4. Honey on top, thin.
