- milk 250 ml / 1 cup
- whey protein (vanilla) 1/2 scoop / 1/2 scoop
- cinnamon 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp
- honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp

STEPS
- Simmer rice and milk 8 minutes, stirring, until creamy.
- Off the heat, cool 2 minutes, stir in the whey.
- Cinnamon and honey on top.
