  • milk 250 ml / 1 cup
  • whey protein (vanilla) 1/2 scoop / 1/2 scoop
  • cinnamon 1/2 tsp / 1/2 tsp
  • honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp

Leftover rice makes this a 10-minute dessert.

STEPS

  1. Simmer rice and milk 8 minutes, stirring, until creamy.
  2. Off the heat, cool 2 minutes, stir in the whey.
  3. Cinnamon and honey on top.
