- cottage cheese 150 g / 2/3 cup
- Greek yogurt 100 g / 1/2 cup
- strawberries 8 / 8
- honey 2 tsp / 2 tsp
- oats, toasted 20 g / 1/4 cup
STEPS
- Blend cottage cheese, yogurt and honey until silky.
- Toast the oats dry in a pan, 2 minutes.
- Layer in a jar: oats, cream, sliced strawberries. Twice.
