INGREDIENTS

  • ground beef (5% fat) 200 g / 7 oz
  • canned black beans 120 g drained / 1/2 can
  • tortilla 1 extra large / 1 extra large
  • rice, cooked 100 g / 1/2 cup
  • cheese, grated 40 g / 1/3 cup
  • chili powder + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • hot sauce to taste / to taste

STEPS

  1. Brown the beef with the spices, stir in the beans.
  2. Warm the tortilla so it folds without cracking.
  3. Layer rice, beef and beans, cheese, hot sauce. Roll it tight, seam down in the hot pan for 1 minute.
