INGREDIENTS
- ground beef (5% fat) 200 g / 7 oz
- canned black beans 120 g drained / 1/2 can
- tortilla 1 extra large / 1 extra large
- rice, cooked 100 g / 1/2 cup
- cheese, grated 40 g / 1/3 cup
- chili powder + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- hot sauce to taste / to taste
STEPS
- Brown the beef with the spices, stir in the beans.
- Warm the tortilla so it folds without cracking.
- Layer rice, beef and beans, cheese, hot sauce. Roll it tight, seam down in the hot pan for 1 minute.
