INGREDIENTS

  • salmon fillet 200 g / 7 oz
  • rice 80 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
  • honey 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • hot sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • frozen edamame or peas 100 g / 3/4 cup

STEPS

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Pan-fry the salmon 4 minutes skin-down, flip for 2, then break into chunks.
  3. Mix honey, hot sauce and soy; pour over the salmon in the pan for 30 seconds.
  4. Bowl it with the peas.
