INGREDIENTS
- salmon fillet 200 g / 7 oz
- rice 80 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
- honey 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- hot sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- frozen edamame or peas 100 g / 3/4 cup
STEPS
- Cook the rice.
- Pan-fry the salmon 4 minutes skin-down, flip for 2, then break into chunks.
- Mix honey, hot sauce and soy; pour over the salmon in the pan for 30 seconds.
- Bowl it with the peas.
