INGREDIENTS

  • steak 250 g / 9 oz
  • eggs 2 / 2
  • potatoes, diced 250 g / 9 oz
  • butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves

STEPS

  1. Microwave the potatoes 6 minutes, crisp them in the pan.
  2. Sear the steak 2 to 3 minutes per side, rest it.
  3. Fry the eggs in the steak pan with butter and garlic.
  4. Slice the steak over everything.
