INGREDIENTS
- steak 250 g / 9 oz
- eggs 2 / 2
- potatoes, diced 250 g / 9 oz
- butter 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
STEPS
- Microwave the potatoes 6 minutes, crisp them in the pan.
- Sear the steak 2 to 3 minutes per side, rest it.
- Fry the eggs in the steak pan with butter and garlic.
- Slice the steak over everything.
