INGREDIENTS
- canned tuna 2 cans / 2 cans
- cooked rice 250 g / 1 1/4 cups
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- hot sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- cucumber, diced 1/2 / 1/2
STEPS
- Warm the rice, soy sauce through it.
- Mix yogurt and hot sauce into a spicy crema.
- Tuna and cucumber over the rice, crema over everything.
