INGREDIENTS
- tortillas 4 / 4
- canned black beans 200 g / 1 cup
- cheese, grated 80 g / 3/4 cup
- cumin + chili powder 1/2 tsp each / 1/2 tsp each
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- hot sauce to taste / to taste
STEPS
- Mash beans with the spices and a splash of water.
- Build two quesadillas: beans and cheese between tortillas.
- Toast 2 minutes per side. Yogurt and hot sauce for dipping.
