DOUBLE BEAN QUESADILLAS

Two crispy quesadillas that refill everything the gym took.

INGREDIENTS

  • tortillas 4 / 4
  • canned black beans 200 g / 1 cup
  • cheese, grated 80 g / 3/4 cup
  • cumin + chili powder 1/2 tsp each / 1/2 tsp each
  • Greek yogurt 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
  • hot sauce to taste / to taste

STEPS

  1. Mash beans with the spices and a splash of water.
  2. Build two quesadillas: beans and cheese between tortillas.
  3. Toast 2 minutes per side. Yogurt and hot sauce for dipping.
