INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
  • spaghetti 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
  • peanut butter 1.5 tbsp / 1.5 tbsp
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • honey + hot sauce 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves

STEPS

  1. Cook the spaghetti, keep some water.
  2. Fry chicken strips with garlic.
  3. Whisk peanut butter, soy, honey, hot sauce and pasta water into a sauce.
  4. Toss it all together until coated.
