INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 200 g / 7 oz
- spaghetti 90 g dry / 3 oz dry
- peanut butter 1.5 tbsp / 1.5 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- honey + hot sauce 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
STEPS
- Cook the spaghetti, keep some water.
- Fry chicken strips with garlic.
- Whisk peanut butter, soy, honey, hot sauce and pasta water into a sauce.
- Toss it all together until coated.
