INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 250 g / 9 oz
  • rice 80 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
  • canned black beans 120 g drained / 1/2 can
  • frozen corn 60 g / 1/3 cup
  • paprika + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • hot sauce to taste / to taste

STEPS

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Season and fry the diced chicken.
  3. Warm beans and corn in the same pan.
  4. Stack everything, yogurt and hot sauce on top.
