INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 250 g / 9 oz
- rice 80 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
- canned black beans 120 g drained / 1/2 can
- frozen corn 60 g / 1/3 cup
- paprika + cumin 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- hot sauce to taste / to taste
STEPS
- Cook the rice.
- Season and fry the diced chicken.
- Warm beans and corn in the same pan.
- Stack everything, yogurt and hot sauce on top.
