- turkey slices 80 g / 3 oz
- cheese, grated 40 g / 1/3 cup
- butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- bread 1 slice / 1 slice
STEPS
- Beat the eggs, pour into a buttered pan on medium.
- When almost set, lay turkey and cheese on one half.
- Fold, slide onto the plate, toast on the side.
