  • eggs 4 / 4
  • turkey slices 80 g / 3 oz
  • cheese, grated 40 g / 1/3 cup
  • butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp
  • bread 1 slice / 1 slice

STEPS

  1. Beat the eggs, pour into a buttered pan on medium.
  2. When almost set, lay turkey and cheese on one half.
  3. Fold, slide onto the plate, toast on the side.
