INGREDIENTS
- frozen shrimp 250 g / 9 oz
- cooked rice 200 g / 1 cup
- frozen stir-fry vegetables 200 g / 1.5 cups
- soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
- honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
STEPS
- Hot pan, oil, garlic, then shrimp for 3 minutes.
- Add vegetables, fry 3 more.
- Soy sauce, honey, then the rice. Toss until everything is coated.
