INGREDIENTS
- canned tuna 2 cans (280 g) / 2 cans (10 oz)
- bread 2 slices / 2 slices
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- cheese, grated 40 g / 1/3 cup
- red onion, diced 1/4 / 1/4
STEPS
- Mix tuna, yogurt, mustard and onion.
- Pile onto the bread, cover with cheese.
- Grill in a lidded pan or under the broiler until the cheese bubbles.
