INGREDIENTS

  • canned tuna 2 cans (280 g) / 2 cans (10 oz)
  • bread 2 slices / 2 slices
  • Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • mustard 1 tsp / 1 tsp
  • cheese, grated 40 g / 1/3 cup
  • red onion, diced 1/4 / 1/4

STEPS

  1. Mix tuna, yogurt, mustard and onion.
  2. Pile onto the bread, cover with cheese.
  3. Grill in a lidded pan or under the broiler until the cheese bubbles.
