  • rice 80 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • honey 2 tsp / 2 tsp
  • garlic 2 cloves / 2 cloves
  • frozen broccoli 150 g / 1 cup

STEPS

  1. Cook the rice, microwave the broccoli.
  2. Brown the beef with garlic.
  3. Add soy sauce and honey, let it glaze for 2 minutes.
  4. Beef over rice, broccoli on the side.
