INGREDIENTS

  • chicken thighs, boneless 250 g / 9 oz
  • potatoes 300 g / 10 oz
  • honey 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
  • frozen broccoli 150 g / 1 cup

STEPS

  1. Microwave the potatoes, crisp them in the pan, set aside.
  2. Fry the thighs 5 minutes per side.
  3. Honey, soy and garlic in — spoon the glaze over until sticky.
  4. Broccoli steams in the microwave meanwhile.
