INGREDIENTS
- chicken thighs, boneless 250 g / 9 oz
- potatoes 300 g / 10 oz
- honey 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- garlic 3 cloves / 3 cloves
- frozen broccoli 150 g / 1 cup
STEPS
- Microwave the potatoes, crisp them in the pan, set aside.
- Fry the thighs 5 minutes per side.
- Honey, soy and garlic in — spoon the glaze over until sticky.
- Broccoli steams in the microwave meanwhile.
