  • ground turkey 220 g / 8 oz
  • cooked rice 200 g / 1 cup
  • frozen mixed vegetables 150 g / 1 cup
  • paprika + garlic powder 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • hot sauce to taste / to taste

STEPS

  1. Brown the turkey with the spices.
  2. Vegetables in for 3 minutes, then rice and soy.
  3. Fry 3 more minutes. Hot sauce at the table.
