INGREDIENTS
- ground turkey 220 g / 8 oz
- cooked rice 200 g / 1 cup
- frozen mixed vegetables 150 g / 1 cup
- paprika + garlic powder 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
- soy sauce 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- hot sauce to taste / to taste
STEPS
- Brown the turkey with the spices.
- Vegetables in for 3 minutes, then rice and soy.
- Fry 3 more minutes. Hot sauce at the table.
