INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 180 g / 6 oz
- tortilla 1 large / 1 large
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- parmesan or any hard cheese 15 g / 2 tbsp
- lettuce a handful / a handful
- garlic powder + black pepper 1/2 tsp each / 1/2 tsp each
STEPS
- Season and pan-fry the chicken, then slice.
- Mix yogurt, garlic powder, pepper and the cheese into a dressing.
- Toss chicken and lettuce in the dressing, roll it in the tortilla.
