INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 180 g / 6 oz
  • tortilla 1 large / 1 large
  • Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • parmesan or any hard cheese 15 g / 2 tbsp
  • lettuce a handful / a handful
  • garlic powder + black pepper 1/2 tsp each / 1/2 tsp each

STEPS

  1. Season and pan-fry the chicken, then slice.
  2. Mix yogurt, garlic powder, pepper and the cheese into a dressing.
  3. Toss chicken and lettuce in the dressing, roll it in the tortilla.
