INGREDIENTS

  • canned lentils, drained 250 g / 1 1/4 cups
  • canned tomatoes 200 g / 1 cup
  • garlic 1 clove / 1 clove
  • cumin + paprika 1/2 tsp each / 1/2 tsp each
  • Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • olive oil 1 tsp / 1 tsp

A fried egg on top adds 7 g protein.

STEPS

  1. Fry the garlic in oil, add spices for 30 seconds.
  2. Add lentils and tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Salt to taste, top with yogurt.
