INGREDIENTS
- canned lentils, drained 250 g / 1 1/4 cups
- canned tomatoes 200 g / 1 cup
- garlic 1 clove / 1 clove
- cumin + paprika 1/2 tsp each / 1/2 tsp each
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- olive oil 1 tsp / 1 tsp
A fried egg on top adds 7 g protein.
STEPS
- Fry the garlic in oil, add spices for 30 seconds.
- Add lentils and tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes.
- Salt to taste, top with yogurt.
