- Greek yogurt 250 g / 1 cup
- whey protein (chocolate) 1/2 scoop / 1/2 scoop
- cocoa powder 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
- peanut butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp
DE: Quark makes it even thicker.
STEPS
- Stir yogurt, whey, cocoa and honey until glossy and thick.
- Microwave the peanut butter 15 seconds, drizzle on top.
- Eat slow. It's gone too fast otherwise.
