INGREDIENTS

  • Greek yogurt 250 g / 1 cup
  • whey protein (chocolate) 1/2 scoop / 1/2 scoop
  • cocoa powder 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • honey 1 tsp / 1 tsp
  • peanut butter 1 tsp / 1 tsp

DE: Quark makes it even thicker.

STEPS

  1. Stir yogurt, whey, cocoa and honey until glossy and thick.
  2. Microwave the peanut butter 15 seconds, drizzle on top.
  3. Eat slow. It's gone too fast otherwise.
