INGREDIENTS

  • eggs 3 / 3
  • egg whites 150 ml / 2/3 cup
  • frozen spinach or mixed vegetables 150 g / 1 cup
  • cheese, grated 20 g / 2 tbsp
  • hot sauce to taste / to taste

Carton egg whites are next to the eggs in both markets.

STEPS

  1. Squeeze the thawed vegetables dry, warm them in the pan.
  2. Pour over the beaten eggs and whites.
  3. Low heat, lid on, 5 minutes. Cheese and hot sauce at the end.
