INGREDIENTS
- eggs 3 / 3
- egg whites 150 ml / 2/3 cup
- frozen spinach or mixed vegetables 150 g / 1 cup
- cheese, grated 20 g / 2 tbsp
- hot sauce to taste / to taste
Carton egg whites are next to the eggs in both markets.
STEPS
- Squeeze the thawed vegetables dry, warm them in the pan.
- Pour over the beaten eggs and whites.
- Low heat, lid on, 5 minutes. Cheese and hot sauce at the end.
