INGREDIENTS
- frozen shrimp 200 g / 7 oz
- rice 70 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
- cucumber, diced 1/2 / 1/2
- Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- garlic 1 clove / 1 clove
- lemon juice or vinegar 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Cook the rice, fry the shrimp with garlic 3 minutes.
- Mix yogurt with lemon and salt.
- Bowl: rice, shrimp, cucumber, sauce. Eats great cold too.
