  • frozen shrimp 200 g / 7 oz
  • rice 70 g dry / 1/3 cup dry
  • cucumber, diced 1/2 / 1/2
  • Greek yogurt 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • garlic 1 clove / 1 clove
  • lemon juice or vinegar 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Cook the rice, fry the shrimp with garlic 3 minutes.
  2. Mix yogurt with lemon and salt.
  3. Bowl: rice, shrimp, cucumber, sauce. Eats great cold too.
