- oats 300 g / 3 cups
- eggs 3 / 3
- milk 400 ml / 1 2/3 cups
- bananas, mashed 2 / 2
- whey protein (vanilla) 1 scoop / 1 scoop
- frozen berries 150 g / 1 cup
- cinnamon 1 tsp / 1 tsp
STEPS
- Mix everything, berries last.
- Into a lined baking dish, 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Cool, cut into 6 squares. Fridge for the week.
