INGREDIENTS

  • oats 300 g / 3 cups
  • eggs 3 / 3
  • milk 400 ml / 1 2/3 cups
  • bananas, mashed 2 / 2
  • whey protein (vanilla) 1 scoop / 1 scoop
  • frozen berries 150 g / 1 cup
  • cinnamon 1 tsp / 1 tsp

STEPS

  1. Mix everything, berries last.
  2. Into a lined baking dish, 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
  3. Cool, cut into 6 squares. Fridge for the week.
