INGREDIENTS

  • canned black beans 3 cans / 3 cans
  • rice 350 g dry / 1.75 cups dry
  • onion 2 / 2
  • garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
  • cumin + oregano 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • canned tomatoes 1/2 can / 1/2 can

STEPS

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Fry onions and garlic, add spices, beans and tomatoes.
  3. Simmer 12 minutes, salt hard.
  4. Fried egg on top on the day makes it dinner.
