INGREDIENTS
- canned black beans 3 cans / 3 cans
- rice 350 g dry / 1.75 cups dry
- onion 2 / 2
- garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
- cumin + oregano 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- canned tomatoes 1/2 can / 1/2 can
STEPS
- Cook the rice.
- Fry onions and garlic, add spices, beans and tomatoes.
- Simmer 12 minutes, salt hard.
- Fried egg on top on the day makes it dinner.
