INGREDIENTS

  • ground turkey 800 g / 1.75 lb
  • oats 60 g / 2/3 cup
  • eggs 2 / 2
  • onion, grated 1 / 1
  • ketchup 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
  • paprika + garlic powder 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each

STEPS

  1. Mix turkey, oats, eggs, onion and spices.
  2. Shape into a loaf on a lined tray, glaze with ketchup.
  3. Bake 40 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Slice cold for the week.
