INGREDIENTS
- ground turkey 800 g / 1.75 lb
- oats 60 g / 2/3 cup
- eggs 2 / 2
- onion, grated 1 / 1
- ketchup 3 tbsp / 3 tbsp
- paprika + garlic powder 1 tsp each / 1 tsp each
STEPS
- Mix turkey, oats, eggs, onion and spices.
- Shape into a loaf on a lined tray, glaze with ketchup.
- Bake 40 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Slice cold for the week.
