BAKED CHICKEN RICE BOXES

The classic bodybuilder box, but seasoned like food.

INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 1 kg / 2.2 lb
  • rice 350 g dry / 1.75 cups dry
  • frozen broccoli 600 g / 4 cups
  • paprika + garlic powder + oregano 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • olive oil 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • honey + mustard 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each

STEPS

  1. Rub chicken with oil and all the spices, bake 22 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
  2. Cook the rice, steam the broccoli.
  3. Whisk honey and mustard with a spoon of water, slice the chicken, drizzle.
  4. Five boxes: rice, broccoli, chicken.
