INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 1 kg / 2.2 lb
- rice 350 g dry / 1.75 cups dry
- frozen broccoli 600 g / 4 cups
- paprika + garlic powder + oregano 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- olive oil 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- honey + mustard 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
STEPS
- Rub chicken with oil and all the spices, bake 22 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
- Cook the rice, steam the broccoli.
- Whisk honey and mustard with a spoon of water, slice the chicken, drizzle.
- Five boxes: rice, broccoli, chicken.
