INGREDIENTS

  • eggs 10 / 10
  • turkey slices, chopped 100 g / 3.5 oz
  • bell pepper, diced 1 / 1
  • cheese, grated 80 g / 3/4 cup
  • frozen spinach, squeezed 100 g / 2/3 cup

STEPS

  1. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide turkey, pepper, spinach and cheese into a 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. Pour the egg over, bake 18 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
  4. Fridge for 5 days. Two muffins, 30 seconds in the microwave.
