- turkey slices, chopped 100 g / 3.5 oz
- bell pepper, diced 1 / 1
- cheese, grated 80 g / 3/4 cup
- frozen spinach, squeezed 100 g / 2/3 cup
STEPS
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Divide turkey, pepper, spinach and cheese into a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Pour the egg over, bake 18 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Fridge for 5 days. Two muffins, 30 seconds in the microwave.
