  • Greek yogurt 150 g / 2/3 cup
  • garlic + paprika + oregano 3 cloves + 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp / 3 cloves + 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • rice 280 g dry / 1.4 cups dry
  • cucumber + tomato 1 + 2 / 1 + 2

STEPS

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, garlic and spices — 20 minutes minimum.
  2. Grill or pan the chicken until charred at the edges.
  3. Cook the rice, chop the salad.
  4. Box everything with a lemon-yogurt spoon on top.
