INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 800 g / 1.75 lb
- Greek yogurt 150 g / 2/3 cup
- garlic + paprika + oregano 3 cloves + 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp / 3 cloves + 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
- rice 280 g dry / 1.4 cups dry
- cucumber + tomato 1 + 2 / 1 + 2
STEPS
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, garlic and spices — 20 minutes minimum.
- Grill or pan the chicken until charred at the edges.
- Cook the rice, chop the salad.
- Box everything with a lemon-yogurt spoon on top.
