QUICK BEEF AND POTATO STEW

A stew that tastes like Sunday without taking all of it.

INGREDIENTS

  • ground beef (5% fat) 700 g / 1.5 lb
  • potatoes, cubed 700 g / 1.5 lb
  • frozen soup vegetables 400 g / 3 cups
  • canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
  • onion + garlic 1 + 3 cloves / 1 + 3 cloves
  • bouillon cubes 2 / 2
  • paprika 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Brown the beef with onion, garlic and paprika.
  2. Add potatoes, tomatoes, bouillon and 600 ml water.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes, add vegetables for the last 8.
  4. Four deep bowls or four boxes.
