INGREDIENTS
- ground beef (5% fat) 700 g / 1.5 lb
- potatoes, cubed 700 g / 1.5 lb
- frozen soup vegetables 400 g / 3 cups
- canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
- onion + garlic 1 + 3 cloves / 1 + 3 cloves
- bouillon cubes 2 / 2
- paprika 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Brown the beef with onion, garlic and paprika.
- Add potatoes, tomatoes, bouillon and 600 ml water.
- Simmer 20 minutes, add vegetables for the last 8.
- Four deep bowls or four boxes.
