INGREDIENTS

  • oats 300 g / 3 cups
  • milk 1 liter / 4 cups
  • Greek yogurt 250 g / 1 cup
  • whey protein 2 scoops / 2 scoops
  • frozen berries + banana + apple + peanut butter + cocoa one topping per jar / one topping per jar

STEPS

  1. Whisk milk, yogurt and whey.
  2. Split oats into 5 jars, pour the liquid over.
  3. Different topping in each so you don't get bored. Fridge.
