- oats 300 g / 3 cups
- milk 1 liter / 4 cups
- Greek yogurt 250 g / 1 cup
- whey protein 2 scoops / 2 scoops
- frozen berries + banana + apple + peanut butter + cocoa one topping per jar / one topping per jar
STEPS
- Whisk milk, yogurt and whey.
- Split oats into 5 jars, pour the liquid over.
- Different topping in each so you don't get bored. Fridge.
