INGREDIENTS
- canned white beans 2 cans / 2 cans
- pasta, small shapes 150 g dry / 5 oz dry
- frozen soup vegetables 600 g / 4 cups
- canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
- onion + garlic 1 + 3 cloves / 1 + 3 cloves
- bouillon cubes 2 / 2
- oregano 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
STEPS
- Fry onion and garlic, add tomatoes, bouillon and 1.2 liters water.
- Beans and vegetables in, simmer 15 minutes.
- Pasta for the last 8 minutes. Cheese on top when serving.
