INGREDIENTS

  • canned white beans 2 cans / 2 cans
  • pasta, small shapes 150 g dry / 5 oz dry
  • frozen soup vegetables 600 g / 4 cups
  • canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
  • onion + garlic 1 + 3 cloves / 1 + 3 cloves
  • bouillon cubes 2 / 2
  • oregano 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp

STEPS

  1. Fry onion and garlic, add tomatoes, bouillon and 1.2 liters water.
  2. Beans and vegetables in, simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Pasta for the last 8 minutes. Cheese on top when serving.
