WEEKNIGHT CHICKEN CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • chicken breast 900 g / 2 lb
  • onions 2 / 2
  • canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
  • Greek yogurt 250 g / 1 cup
  • curry powder 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
  • rice 350 g dry / 1.75 cups dry

STEPS

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Fry onions and garlic soft, add curry powder for 1 minute.
  3. Add diced chicken, brown, then tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Off the heat, stir in the yogurt. Box it with the rice.
