INGREDIENTS
- chicken breast 900 g / 2 lb
- onions 2 / 2
- canned tomatoes 1 can / 1 can
- Greek yogurt 250 g / 1 cup
- curry powder 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
- rice 350 g dry / 1.75 cups dry
STEPS
- Cook the rice.
- Fry onions and garlic soft, add curry powder for 1 minute.
- Add diced chicken, brown, then tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Off the heat, stir in the yogurt. Box it with the rice.
