PROPER BEEF BOLOGNESE

INGREDIENTS

  • ground beef (5% fat) 1 kg / 2.2 lb
  • canned tomatoes 2 cans / 2 cans
  • onions 2 / 2
  • garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
  • oregano 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
  • pasta 500 g dry / 1.1 lb dry

A splash of milk in the sauce at the end rounds it out.

STEPS

  1. Brown the beef properly — let it sit and get color.
  2. Add onion, garlic, oregano; fry 3 minutes.
  3. Tomatoes in, simmer 25 minutes, salt well.
  4. Cook pasta fresh each day or box it all now.
