- canned tomatoes 2 cans / 2 cans
- onions 2 / 2
- garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
- oregano 1 tbsp / 1 tbsp
- pasta 500 g dry / 1.1 lb dry
A splash of milk in the sauce at the end rounds it out.
STEPS
- Brown the beef properly — let it sit and get color.
- Add onion, garlic, oregano; fry 3 minutes.
- Tomatoes in, simmer 25 minutes, salt well.
- Cook pasta fresh each day or box it all now.
