LENTIL BOLOGNESE

INGREDIENTS

  • canned lentils 3 cans / 3 cans
  • canned tomatoes 2 cans / 2 cans
  • onions 2 / 2
  • garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
  • oregano + paprika 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • olive oil 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
  • pasta 400 g dry / 14 oz dry

Grated cheese on top adds 8 g protein per portion.

STEPS

  1. Fry onions and garlic in oil until golden.
  2. Add spices, lentils and tomatoes. Simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Salt harder than you think. Serve over pasta.
