INGREDIENTS
- canned lentils 3 cans / 3 cans
- canned tomatoes 2 cans / 2 cans
- onions 2 / 2
- garlic 4 cloves / 4 cloves
- oregano + paprika 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
- olive oil 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp
- pasta 400 g dry / 14 oz dry
Grated cheese on top adds 8 g protein per portion.
STEPS
- Fry onions and garlic in oil until golden.
- Add spices, lentils and tomatoes. Simmer 20 minutes.
- Salt harder than you think. Serve over pasta.
