  • chicken breast 800 g / 1.75 lb
  • bell peppers 3 / 3
  • onions 2 / 2
  • paprika + cumin + chili 1 tbsp each / 1 tbsp each
  • rice 280 g dry / 1.4 cups dry
  • olive oil 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp

Tortillas instead of rice on the weekend version.

STEPS

  1. Slice everything into strips.
  2. Fry chicken hot with the spices, then the vegetables.
  3. Cook the rice. Four boxes, done.
